No one was one the list who could not simply click a drop link and be dropped. Those who said to the contrary never read the invitation they got. In the invitation it said they only had to click that they were not interested.
Do you have any idea how many pieces of mail I get a day offering me herbal Viagra, refinancing on a house I don't own, offers for great insurance rates, ways to lose weight, chances to see naked women doing naughty things with horses, and other insane offers every single day?!?!?! I'm not alone in this either. Coming from someone who runs a Yahoo! group that adds members when they join a club I know it says to be very careful about adding members who don't wish to be added. You are using their service to SPAM people. Sure, you provide a way out for people but so do all the SPAM messages almost everyone on the net gets everyday. Now along with all the various other reasons why I get SPAM now I'm getting it from people who are doing it for psuedo religous reasons. The WTBTS didn't need to do anything to get your idiotic little list shut down because you do all the work for them, especially when you cross post your bile to other lists who couldn't possibly care less about what some minor fundamentalist cult is doing.
Shit, how do we know you're not a WT mole? What better way to make your opposition look like idiots than having something like this go on? Go on and talk all about how the WT is putting me on here to make them look good but is there really anything I could possibly do to make apostate look any more silly than say I'm an apostate, SPAM people with anti-JW stuff so it would only piss them off, and then when I get shut down for not following the TOS I agreed to when I opened the account go on and on about some conspiracy theory. That seems like a pretty good idea to discredit all apostates to me and the JW's would be a fool not to take notes on how to attempt to make apostates out to be raving loons.
